Let’s create something meaningful.
I’ve always been interested in the space between strategy and experience — in how an idea becomes something people can understand, connect with and ultimately experience.
My professional background is rooted in marketing, innovation and strategic communication. Over the years, I’ve worked across healthcare, digital health, innovation and entrepreneurship, helping turn complex ideas into clear positioning, meaningful brands and practical strategies.
At the same time, entrepreneurial and creative projects have kept me close to design, hospitality, spaces and the emotional side of brands — how a place feels, how people move through it, what they remember and what makes them want to return.
These may seem like different worlds at first.
For me, they are connected by the same question:
How do you turn an idea into something people understand, value and remember?
I’m Elisa — a marketing and strategy consultant with a background in innovation management and marketing.
My professional work has taken me across healthcare, digital health, innovation and entrepreneurship. I’ve worked with EIT Health, one of Europe’s largest health innovation networks, where I led communications and marketing activities across the German-Swiss region.
This experience has given me a strong understanding of the healthcare and innovation ecosystem — from startups and emerging technologies to established organisations and the different stakeholders involved.
At the same time, entrepreneurial and creative projects have kept me close to design, hospitality and places.
Today, I bring these perspectives together in the way I work: strategically grounded, creatively curious and always focused on turning complexity into something clear, relevant and tangible.
I believe strong brands are built through the connection of three things:
Strategy
Understanding the idea, the context, the people and the ambition behind a project.
Aesthetics
Giving that strategy a distinctive and coherent expression — through identity, language, visuals, space and detail.
Experience
Thinking beyond communication to how people actually encounter, use and remember a brand.
The balance between these perspectives changes from project to project. The underlying principle remains the same: everything should work together to create a clear and meaningful whole.
I bring a strategic mindset, a creative perspective and a pragmatic approach to every project.
I like to understand the bigger picture before jumping into execution. I ask questions, look for connections, challenge assumptions and simplify where things have become unnecessarily complex.
Depending on the project, I can work at the strategic level, collaborate closely with an existing team or help translate strategy into concrete actions.
I also use AI, wherever it genuinely adds value — to research faster, explore ideas, structure information or support execution.
But tools can only take you so far.
AI can create more possibilities. Experience helps determine which ones matter.
For me, good work is not about producing more. It is about finding the right direction and making it tangible.
Whether I’m working on the positioning of a healthcare innovation or the concept of a hospitality space, I’m ultimately interested in the same things:
What makes it relevant?
What makes it distinctive?
And how should people experience it?
That is where strategy becomes tangible.
